Drive Mercedes Benzes.
Own homes in great neighborhoods.
Have good dogs.
Escape to Bear Lake St.George/Sprucedale/Lake Arrowhead.
Vacation in England Hawaii/Mexico/Spain
Jackson Hole/Sun Valley/Italy.
Play tennis/golf/basketball/ride horses/sail.
Read a book a week usually.
Enjoy good music.
Have an eternal perspective.
Move to Utah to help Mothers as they aged.
Watch all my children make correct choices including their religious commitments, their University educations, their productive lives, and their eternal companions.
Begin to enjoy my perfect grandchildren.
Begin to learn more about my marvelous ancestors.
Create and send family Christmas Cards.
Live in the East/Midwest/West.
Learn that owning “stuff” does not bring happiness.
Learn to have faith not fear/work not worry.
Follow my own drummer.
Encourage my children to follow their dreams.
Try to forgive quickly.
Pray and express gratitude daily.
Listen more and talk less to learn and gain more.
Benefit from taking calculated risks.
Learn that “I do not know all things; but the Lord knoweth all things”(W of M 7).
Enjoy being a “Deal Junkie” and learn that good deals are made when all parties are honest and control greed and ego.
Surgically Cure Prostate Cancer.
Attend Newport Beach Temple Dedication.
Rejoin Marshall Reddick as COO of MRN and return to Newport Beach.
25 THINGS I DO & WANT TO DO
1. Pray many times each day to know what God wants me to do and do it.
2. Really enjoy my family. Have family gatherings at various locations. Attend and enjoy as many children and grandchildren events as possible.
3. Get closer to my extended family.
4. Continue to hold and use my Temple recommend. Serve the Lord as called.
5. Earn seven-figure annual income from multiple sources and increase my net worth from eight to nine figures.
6. Serve effectively as COO of MRN and MD of NDP and profit from condominium conversion, real estate finance, real property purchases, and secured loan fund activities.
7. Always have profitable businesses and deals-in- play.
8. Remain on lifetime diet/exercise program and effectively manage my health needs Golf more often.
9. Celebrate our 50th and 75th wedding anniversaries in style
10. Enjoy all birthdays up to 100 plus.
11. Teach and conduct seminars.
12. Travel and see more of the world including areas of ancestors: Denmark/Guernsey Isle Ireland/England/Scotland.
13. Continue reading/books-on-tape
14. Increase my knowledge and use of technical tools/computers.
15. Write more.
16. Continue to serve on University and Charity Boards and facilitate planned gifts to favorite charities.
17. Solidify old friendships and make many new friends.
18. Attend many cultural events.
19. Continue to create/send family Christmas cards.
20. Downsize and simplify.
21. Live where we want to live in different places with multiple residences including owning another beautiful home in Newport Beach.
22. Always replace fear with faith/worry with work and remain optimistic.
23. Always be grateful and happy.
24. Experience more sunrises and sunsets from different vantage points.
25. Be prepared and excited about moving on to the Celestial Kingdom…but not for many years.
